1. By paying the appropriate fee to download a music file, you are automatically licenced to use the track as often as required in one named audio-visual production.
2. The non-exclusive licence covers synchronisation use with film, radio and television programmes, commercials, or any other multimedia, audio-visual or computer generated productions or presentations. All rights in the sound recording and music and the dubbing fee are cleared for the above uses for the world.
3. Please note the music usage and the Tunecode on a music cue sheet and submit this to the broadcaster.

4. Public Performance fees are not covered by the music download fee.
Clearing public performance rights is normally the responsibility of the Broadcaster, public event organiser or web site owner, and do not come out of the producer's budget.

5. The Copyright and Recording rights in the music on this website are owned by beneath the bed. Unauthorised synchronisation use, copying, hiring, lending, broadcast and public performance are strictly prohibited.
